Welcome to the Food Safety Consortium Exhibitor Resource Center. This will serve as your access point for all things related to this year’s show. You will be able to register your booth personnel, as well as uploading your company's logo, website URL and company description. By registering your booth personnel, they will be given access to the Lead Retrieval app. Remember your booth personnel are the individuals that will be on-site at the conference.
A single tabletop exhibit provides you:
2 booth personnel registration
1 6 foot table and 2 chairs
electric and internet
You do not need to order carpet or any other flooring, as the exhibit space is carpeted.
Since this is not an exhibit hall, the hotel does not have the ability to move large crates or any materials that need heavy equipment. We also do not have a decorator, as the space does not need carpet/flooring, pipe & drape, etc. If you would like to purchase additional items for your table top, you will need to arrange your vendor, delivery and pick-up.
All packages that are sent to the hotel MUST be shipped to the personnel staying at the hotel. Package handling and delivery fees ARE NOT covered with your tabletop exhibit registration purchase. There is no handling fees for any materials that you can bring yourself. This includes wheelie bags, pelican cases, etc.
